A surprising contender for the Raw Women’s title emerged last night on Monday Night Raw, and no, it wasn’t Ronda Rousey, but it was Lita!

The show-closing angle saw Ronda Rousey taking down Becky Lynch, telling her that she will choose her WrestleMania opponent this coming Friday night on Smackdown.

After Rousey left the ring, the WWE Hall of Famer came out and showered the champ with compliments, saying that she’s the GOAT and she’s a fighting champion who never backs down from a challenge.

Lynch agreed but then realized something was up. Lita said she’s up for a challenge herself and requested a title shot at Elimination Chamber. Lynch said no because Lita was taking everything out of context but then after some “Yes!” chants and some more convincing, the champ agreed to the challenge.
