John Cena got his tag team partner for Fastlane last night on Smackdown as LA Knight came to the rescue to prevent another Bloodline beatdown at the end of the show.

Cena said he was ready to take on Solo Sikoa and Jimmy Uso by himself if he couldn’t find a partner in time and what was supposed to happen last week happened yesterday, with the super-over LA Knight coming out to even the odds.

Knight was unavailable last week since he had COVID-19 but recovered in time for yesterday’s show.

The match has now been officially changed to John Cena and LA Knight vs Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa.
