Kevin Owens says he has 9 months left on his WWE contract

During an interview with UK-based Metro, Kevin Owens revealed that he has nine months left on his current WWE contract.

While he said he doesn’t what what’s going to happen during the next nine months, Owens hinted to Metro while in Lyon for Backlash that he will be sticking around.

“This has been my home for 10 years and it’s beyond the locker room,” Owens said. “There’s some very, very, very special people that work behind the scenes that I’ve become very close with, and I really can’t imagine not seeing them as part of my life.”

The 39-year-old came to WWE in 2014 and was signed to NXT, making his in-ring debut with the brand in December of that year. He moved to the main roster in 2015 and has been an integral part of the roster ever since, winning multiple titles along the way.
