July 27 NXT broadcast to air on Syfy due to Olympics

The PWInsider.com website is reporting that the July 27 episode of NXT will not be airing on USA Network as the show will get pre-empted due to the Olympics coverage. Instead, NXT will air on Syfy in the same time slot of 8PM ET.

NXT will be holding a double header next week and will tape the July 27 episode immediately following the July 20 live broadcast so NXT on SyFy will not be live. It will be a long night for those at the Capitol Wrestling Center with tapings going over 11 o’clock at night.

Syfy is not strange to wrestling broadcasts as the channel was the home of Smackdown and ECW in the past.
