John Cena visits Bayley’s wrestling seminar, spends a whole day with trainees

John Cena attended Bayley’s wrestling seminar and spent eight hours watching up-and-coming stars perform in the ring and talking with them, just a week before he hangs up his wrestling boots once and for all.

“And as we’re exactly one week away from his last match, John showed up at @flatbackstraining today. Watched 10 women’s matches, and spent 8 hours with us,” she wrote. “LEGIT EIGHT HOURS. No conversation or piece of advice could’ve impacted me the way he did today, by just showing up. Not just for me, but for each person in that room. This meant the world. I’ll always strive to be what John was today. THE GOAT.”

The free multi-day seminar, titled Lodestone, was held at Flatbacks Wrestling School, owned by Tyler Breeze and Shawn Spears and featured guest trainers Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Nattie Neidhart, Lyra Valkyria, and Rhea Ripley.

Cena has visited a few wrestling schools lately associated with WWE, in addition to the WWE Performance Center to share his knowledge.

Bayley was selected to be part of the undercard on John Cena’s retirement night and will be wrestling Sol Ruca in an exhibition match.
