Joe Hendry finally added to WWE rosters page, TNA President confirms departure

Joe Hendry has been finally officially added to the WWE.COM roster page.

Hendry signed a WWE contract last month and is assigned to NXT for the moment. He posted a screenshot on X with his image appearing with the rest of the WWE Superstars.

TNA President Carlos Silva confirmed the news this week on the Ariel Helwani Show, saying that Hendry might return to TNA programming as part of their partnership with NXT.

“Joe is now on the roster at WWE NXT and he’s doing a great job. But that doesn’t mean he won’t also show up at a TNA event,” Silva said. “Those things happen, that’s all part of the partnership. I look forward to seeing where he pops up next, but also who pops up where next, because that’s been part of the appeal of the partnership.”

Asked to confirm if Hendry is on WWE’s books now, Silva replied in the affirmative.

“I’m super happy for Joe. Super happy for WWE. We all kind of worked on it together,” Silva said. “Joe is a great talent and a super good guy.”
