Jeff Cobb makes WWE debut at Backlash

Jeff Cobb made his WWE debut last night at Backlash, associating himself with Solo Sikoa an and unknowing Jacob Fatu.

Cobb interfered in the fatal four-way match for the WWE United States title, and took out LA Knight at ringside after Solo Sikoa appeared to try and help Fatu.

Fatu looked confused and did not appreciate the extra assist, leaving the ring alone.

Cobb, who Michael Cole described as one of the hottest free agents, is a former NJPW star who held the IWGP Tag Team titles three times, the NJPW TV title once, and the NEVER Openweight title once.

He made a couple of appearances in AEW in the past as well, the most recent one in May 2024 on an episode of Dynamite.
