Italian football legend Roberto Baggio surprised Gunther with a special video while Gunther was being interview for a podcast on the Netflix Italia YouTube channel.

A while ago, Gunther was photographed sporting a Baggio Italy t-shirt while he was training and that caught the attention of the popular, now retired, footballer.

During the interview, the hosts told Gunther that they had a surprise for him and loaded the video that Baggio sent.

“Hi, Gunther, it’s Roby. I saw the pictures of you wearing my jersey during training. Thank you so much, I really appreciate it,” he said. “I hope all of this brings you good luck for Clash In Italy, and of course for your life in general. Big hug, see you soon, ciao!”

Gunther was really appreciative of the gesture and said that he has to talk to the WWE folks to get Baggio to the show on Sunday night.

The 59-year-old was one of the most prolific strikers in the history of Italian football and finished his career with 291 league goals across 643 appearances for club and 27 goals in 56 appearances for country.
