Shortly after defeating Keith Lee in a very convincing manner, Bobby Lashley was confronted by WWE Hall of Famer Bill Goldberg, who returned on television for the first time since the Royal Rumble.

As Lashley celebrated his win, Goldberg’s theme song kicked in to a loud pop from the Dallas crowd. Dallas chanted his name until the fireworks started and the former champ appeared on stage. Goldberg got in the ring and had a face off with Lashley, laughed, and screamed “I’m next!” Earlier in the day, Lashley tweeted “Who’s next?” which prompted that reply from the multi-time champion.

The two are expected to meet at SummerSlam in Las Vegas as one of the main events of the show. Goldberg’s contract with WWE runs through 2022 and he has two matches per year as part of the current deal. He already wrestled once this year in a losing effort against Drew McIntyre at the Rumble.
