From WWE champion to Kickoff show…in just over a month

Daniel Bryan has gone from WWE champion to being part of a pay-per-view Kickoff show within a span of just over a month.

The new Smackdown Tag Team champions, Daniel Bryan and Rowan, will be taking on The Usos at the upcoming Money In The Bank Kickoff show on Sunday. The titles will not be on the line.

Bryan and Rowan defeated The Usos to become the new Smackdown tag champs last week. Shane McMahon was about to award the titles to Bryan and Rowan without a match but The Usos, who are now part of Raw, showed up thanks to the wildcard rule and challenged them for the titles.
