Extreme Rules 2020 pay-per-view results

Here are the results from last night’s Extreme Rules 2020 pay-per-view which took place from the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.

Kevin Owens defeated Murphy in the Kickoff show; Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura defeated The New Day in a tables match to become the new Smackdown Tag Team champions; Bayley defeated Nikki Cross to retain the Smackdown Women’s title; Seth Rollins defeated Rey Mysterio in an eye for an eye match; Asuka vs Sasha Banks for the Raw Women’s title ended in a no contest; Drew McIntyre defeated Dolph Ziggler in an extreme rules match to retain the WWE title; Bray Wyatt defeated Braun Strowman in the Wyatt swamp fight.

The MVP vs Apollo Crews match did not take place as Crews was announced as unable to compete. MVP declared himself the champ via forfeit. Also the Asuka vs Sasha Banks match ended with Bayley donning the referee t-shirt and hitting the three-count for Sasha’s pin. They took Asuka’s title but obviously Bayley was not the official for the match so the title did not change hands.
