ESPN airing edited version of the 2026 Royal Rumble this Sunday

ESPN is airing a three-hour version of the 2026 WWE Royal Rumble this Sunday, February 22 on their main ESPN channel.

The show, according to TV guides, is slated to start at 8PM ET and will run until 11PM.

This is the first time that ESPN is airing a premium live event replay on their linear channel, with their contract with WWE also calling for certain live WWE broadcasts to air simultaneously on ESPN linear.

WWE moved to ESPN in September 2025, with the sports network being the home of all WWE premium live events for the next five years.
