Details on the hockey mask CM Punk wore on Smackdown in Toronto

The mask which CM Punk wore during his entrance last night on Smackdown in Toronto was created by Jason Baker, the man behind the masks of The Fiend and Uncle Howdy. Baker shared a close relationship with Bray Wyatt and created most of the makeup effects related to his character and later, the Wyatt Sicks.

Baker, who heads up his own special makeup effects company Callosum Studios, wrote that the hockey-inspired mask had the actual paw prints of Larry, Punk’s beloved dog who passed away in December 2025.

Punk survived Kevin Owens in the main event of the show and walked away still the WWE champion, thanks to the interference of Sami Zayn, who unloaded his frustrations on both Owens and Punk.

In a recent interview, Owens said that his family was coming in from Montreal to watch the match in person and potentially win the WWE title, making him a favorite in betting odds before the match.
