Sheamus and Ridge Holland defeated Cesaro and Ricochet in the Kickoff match; The Usos defeated The New Day to retain the Smackdown Tag Team titles; Drew McIntyre defeated Madcap Moss; RK-Bro defeated The Street Profits to retain the Raw Tag Team titles; Edge defeated The Miz; Becky Lynch defeated Liv Morgan to retain the Raw Women’s title; Brock Lesnar defeated Big E, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins, and Bobby Lashley in a fatal five-way match to win the WWE title.

Roman Reigns was the only Superstar to miss the show from all scheduled matches due to COVID-19.
