Former WWE Superstar Dave Bautista called Rick “Sign Guy” Achberger the “best heel ever” and thanked him for all the laughs along the years.

“No one in the world I’d rather tell me how bad I suck,” he wrote in a post on social media.

Achberger, the popular wrestling fan known as “Sign Guy,” passed away during the weekend after some health issues.

Former WWE Women’s World champion Rhea Ripley also paid tribute to Achberger, saying that it hurts her heart that all the cheeky and smart ass interactions they had at the shows together are now just memories.

“Your presence and hilarious signs always made house shows & tvs so much more fun! Rest in peace my dude,” she continued.

Former WWE champion The Miz also had some nice words to say about him, saying that he will miss looking out in the crowd to see his smile and his creative signs.

“You’d always watch to see if I thought it was funny or not. Rick, they were always funny. I hope you have a marker up there along with a front row seat. Rest in peace,” he continued.
