Construction continues on the temporary arena for Crown Jewel 2026

The temporary structure which will be the host of Crown Jewel in two weeks is taking shape, with majority of the construction, including all three sides of the stands, erected.

Video footage from East of King Fahd Road, where the outdoor arena sits, shows the exterior walls up with the WWE logo being installed while the stage is still just a bare-bone steel structure. Officially, the location is named Riyadh Season Stadium at King Abdullah Financial District.

It will be an exact replica of the arena built for the Royal Rumble back in January and with two weeks to go, there’s plenty of time to finish it. Hopefully there will be no individual lights on seats, which was a hot topic last January, making the arena look empty.

Speaking of seats, a few thousand of them reappeared on the map available for sale, most of them priced at the equivalent of $27. The majority of the arena, which will hold over 20,000, remains sold.
