Vic Joseph, the NXT host and announcer, is the new commentator for 205 Live and will be replacing Tom Phillips.
The change was done yesterday and it looks like it’s a permanent one according to Phillips. “Very excited for @VicJosephWWE to join #205Live! Be sure to check him out every Tuesday night,” he said in a tweet.
Phillips has been doing commentary for 205 Live ever since Mauro Ranallo left back in March. Joseph now tag teams with Raw commentator Corey Graves for 205 Live, the only original commentator left since the show’s inception in November 2016.
Vic Joseph, real name Vic Travagliante, is an Independence, Ohio native who was the voice of Tommy Dreamer’s promotion House of Hardcore. He made his NXT debut on the January 12 NXT live event in Tampa, Florida.
