Cody and Brandi Rhodes at the Universal Epic Universe opening

Former WWE champion Cody Rhodes and his wife Brandi were at the grand opening at Universal Epic Universe yesterday night in Orlando, Florida.

The two were interviewed and the interview aired during today’s live stream which kicked off this morning at 7:30 in Orlando.

Both Universal Parks fans, Brandi said that years ago, no one wanted to go with her to the Universal park until Cody said yes and it was actually their third date. He said that this was the place where he knew she was “the one.”

Cody also talked about the roller coaster named Stardust, bearing the same name of his former WWE gimmick.

“I truly am honored that the lowest point of my career has turned into joy for so many people,” Cody joked. He said he has not tried it yet but he hopes it takes everyone to the “fifth dimension.”

While both Cody and Brandi were dressed to impress in a nice dress and full suit, Cody was ready to play.

“I just wanna ride rides all day,” he said.
