Charlotte Flair says she wants to be a mother, but it’s all about timing

Appearing on Nightcap podcast with Shannon Sharpe and Chad Johnson, Charlotte Flair expressed her desire to one day have a kid.

The interview was recorded last weekend in Las Vegas where Flair was present for the WrestleMania 43 announcement.

“Wrestling’s in my blood. I don’t know any different. I love it, but I do want to be a mom,” Flair said when asked if having a baby would spell the end of her in-ring career. “But I think Trish Stratus coming back and having all these one-offs and she’s 50…she looks better than half the roster! She’s killing it, so I don’t think that door will ever close.”

Flair said that she can wrestle and be a mom and while she wants to step away to have children, it all depends on the timing.

If she does, she would be following the footsteps of the likes of current Superstars Becky Lynch, Alexa Bliss, and Naomi.

Speaking of Bliss, Flair said that she does not usually like sharing her spotlight, but she is currently sharing it with someone who she does not mind sharing it with, putting over Bliss for being great and for bringing out a different side of her character when they’re together.
