Charlotte Flair and Andrade file for four wrestling-related individual trademarks

It is being reported that Charlotte Flair and Andrade have trademarked four names associated with their wrestling personas and they have registered them as individuals.

Charlotte filed to trademark the name Ashley Flair and The Queen of Wrestling. Charlotte’s real name is Ashley so it made sense to trademark that one. Meanwhile, her real-life boyfriend Andrade trademarked the names La Sombra and El Idolo. All four applications were filed under apparel and entertainment services on November 27.

What’s interesting is that both of them used the services of attorney at https://www.tomkileylaw.com/ , the same attorney who helped Cody file for several personal trademarks including Bash at the Beach, Dusty Rhodes, and others.
