Chad Gable says his injury was a torn rotator cuff

Chad Gable, who is currently out injured, was interviewed in the stands on Twins.TV during a Minnesota Twins baseball game yesterday.

Gable was sporting a sling and said that the injury was a rotator cuff problem.

“What it did do was buy me some time off the road to be home with my family and do stuff like this, go to a baseball game on a Sunday which I never get to do. So find the bright side, right?” Gable said.

He mentioned that his crowning moment of his WWE career so far is having a singles match at WrestleMania this past April which he did under the mask of El Grande Americano against Fenix. The match was supposed to be against Rey Mysterio but Mysterio suffered an injury on Smackdown 24 hours before the show.

Gable was written off TV after Penta snapped his arm last month on an episode of Raw. The El Grande Americano gimmick lives on though, with Ludwig Kaiser taking over.
