The second main event for WrestleMania Backlash was announced on Smackdown last night and will see Roman Reigns defend the Universal champion against Cesaro.

Cesaro wrestled Seth Rollins during the show and before the match even started, former Smackdown General Manager Teddy Long came out and said that if Cesaro beats Rollins, he will get the title shot at Backlash.

The Swiss Superman pinned Rollins after hitting the Neutralizer and was then part of the main event segment as well beating both Jey and the returning Jimmy Uso and took out Roman Reigns to end the show standing tall.

This was the second time in a row that Cesaro beat Rollins after the two met at WrestleMania 37.
