Candice LaRae made a surprise return on Monday Night Raw last night and beat Nikki A.S.H. in her first match back.

LaRae has not wrestled since The Great American Bash last year, losing the NXT Women’s Tag Team titles which she held with Indi Hartwell. LaRae then announced that she was pregnant with her first child.

Her WWE contract expired in May of this year and LaRae opted not to renew her deal, joining her husband Johnny Gargano in free agency. The two did not wrestle anywhere since their WWE departure. LaRae gave birth to baby Quinn in February.

She originally signed with WWE in 2018 and was mostly known for being part of The Way with Gargano, Hartwell, and Austin Theory.
