Bron Breakker says goodbye to NXT following live broadcast

After NXT wrapped up its live broadcast last night, Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker took some time to thank the fans and Breakker made his farewell speech as he heads to the blue brand full time.

Corbin started the speech and thanked Breakker for helping reignite the fire in him and for giving him his first wrestling gold in six long years.

“I’d bust my ass for this man right here because he’s an unbelievable competitor and turned into one hell of a friend,” Corbin said. “And he’s going to Smackdown and he’s going to be WWE World Heavyweight champion.”

Breakker thanked Shawn Michaels, all the WWE Performance Center coaches who spend all day helping creating the future of WWE, all the competitors in the back who pushed him along the way, and most importantly, his tag team partner.

“I can’t thank you enough for giving me the opportunity to work with you,” Breakker told Corbin. “You are my friend.”

Breakker said that as far as what the future holds, this is not goodbye and the fans finished the sentence off with, “it’s see you later.”
