Belair vs Bayley changed to a Hell In A Cell match

With Reigns vs Mysterio in Hell In A Cell already done on Smackdown, that opened up a spot on the pay-per-view card for another HIAC match.

The honor will go to the women as Smackdown Women’s champion Bianca Belair will be defending her gold against Bayley inside the steel structure. The announcement was made yesterday during Smackdown.

Reigns successfully defended his Universal title against Rey Mysterio and both Superstars will not be wrestling on the pay-per-view.

WWE also added two more matches to the show, with Cesaro vs Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens vs Sami Zayn, both rematches from WrestleMania.
