Belair picks Banks for WrestleMania 37 title match

The second match on the WrestleMania 37 card was made official last night after Royal Rumble winner Bianca Belair chose Sasha Banks as her opponent for the show, thus going for the Smackdown Women’s title.

Belair, who had a true superstar performance at the Rumble, took almost a month to decide if she wants the Raw or Smackdown Women’s title but opted to stay on the blue brand and take on The Legit Boss for what surely will be one of the most highly-anticipated matches on the card.

In a face-to-face segment on Smackdown, Banks flaunted her title and told Bianca that she’s number one, so that would make her second best. “Girl, you standing here and you say you have a whole lot to say…so I’m gonna make you eat your words on the grandest stage of them all. Cause I’m gonna take your title, and then I will show the whole entire world that I’m the strongest, I’m the fastest, I’m the roughest, I’m the toughest, I’m quickest, I’m the greatest, I’m the B E S T of WWE,” Belair said.

Belair then did the obligatory pointing to the WrestleMania sign. “So, Sasha, it’s on!” With Belair pointing, Sasha put her title up and fireworks went off.
