Battle royal next week to determine who gets NXT Women’s title shot at Vengeance Day

A battle royal to determine who will be the number one contender for the NXT Women’s title at Vengeance Day will be held next week on NXT.

The battle royal will have a twist though, as when there are only four individuals left, the battle royal will then transform into a fatal four-way match.

The winner will take on current NXT Women’s champion Lyra Valkyria on the February 4 premium live event.

WWE is advertising 18 women on the marketing for the match although it has not been announced how many will end up being in the match.

Lola Vice, who has the contract to cash in on her NXT Women’s title match at any time, has threatened to do just that on more than one occasion but so far has not gone through with it.
