Batista added to the cast of upcoming Kickboxer movie

Variety is reporting that WWE Superstar Batista and former UFC champion Georges St. Pierre have been cast in the reboot of the 1989 movie Kickboxer.

The production house behind the movie will be shopping for a distributor at the upcoming Cannes Film Festival. Stephen Fung will be directing the movie with Ted Field serving as producer.

The original movie had Jean-Claude Van Damme in the leading role and made over $14.5 million dollars off a $1.5 million budget.
