Ava named NXT General Manager

On the day that her father was made a member of the TKO Group Board of Directors, Ava was announced as the new General Manager of NXT.

The 22-year-old, who had been training to be a wrestler and was part of The Schism faction, has not been in the ring since the faction disbanded and transitioned to a backstage role where she was assisting Shawn Michaels in the running of the brand and making announcements on his behalf.

Last night, she was seen coming out from Michaels’ office along with NXT favorite William Regal, where Regal congratulated her on becoming the youngest GM in WWE history.

She joins Adam Pearce and Nick Aldis as authority figures on WWE television.
