Asuka to serve as one-day police chief in Osaka, Japan

Former WWE Women’s champion Asuka will serve as a one-day police chief in her hometown of Kita Ward, Osaka in Japan.

Asuka made the announcement herself, writing that she’ll take over as station chief of the Ooyodo Police Station on Friday, November 27.

“On the day, in addition to giving away police goods signed by me, I will also sign any goods you bring with you. If you’d like to participate, please leave a comment on this post,” she wrote on X.

Asuka moved back to Japan following her last WWE match against Iyo Sky at Backlash this past May. She remains employed by WWE but is on an extended leave of absence from the company.
