Andrade received multiple WWE Wellness Program violations before firing

PWInsider.com is reporting that Andrade was fired from WWE because of multiple Wellness Program violations.

Andrade already had one strike from his previous stint and failed the drug test on more than one occasion since he returned at the Royal Rumble last year.

Rather than keeping him employed for 90 more days during his no-compete clause, the company decided to cut ties completely with him, allowing him to return to AEW quickly.

El Idolo made a surprise appearance on the Dynamite sixth anniversary episode this week, attacking Kenny Omega and aligning himself with the Don Callis Family.
