Back in mid 2013, the now former WWE Diva AJ Lee got a tattoo on the back of her neck to commemorate the date she won the Divas title. She tattooed 6, 16 and 13 in tally marks, for June 16, 2013, the day she won the strap from Kaitlyn at the Payback per-view, and then uploaded a photo on her Twitter with the words “This is love.”
Now, Alex Riley in an apparent dig at AJ, wrote on his Twitter, “I just got 4-3-15 tattooed on my neck.” That is the day AJ was gone from WWE. The dig might also be something towards CM Punk more than AJ as years ago when Punk was on Raw commentary, he brought up Riley’s DUI arrest when asking if Riley was under the influence since he was trying to wrestle another former WWE Superstar, Ezekiel Jackson.
Regardless of who it was intended for, Riley got some serious heat by fans who responded to his Twitter comment and tore him a new one.
