Former WWE Divas champion AJ Lee will be taking some time off from her WWE duties which is why she was not part of the Divas battle royal for the #1 contender spot for the Divas title at Extreme Rules and which is why there was no automatic rematch between her and Paige.

AJ has been pretty much going full speed ahead ever since winning the Divas title over 300 days ago, a title which she held for a record 295 consecutive days and has rarely missed shows.

The 27 year old AJ recently got engaged to former WWE champion CM Punk and now resides in Chicago with her man.
