10 of the 11 Board of Directors that will make up the TKO Group Holdings Inc board have been revealed in the latest documentation filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

As expected, Vince McMahon, 77, will be the Executive Chairman of this board which will include six members elected by Endeavor and five members elected by WWE.

Those on the board on behalf of Endeavor are Ariel Emanuel, CEO of Endeavor and TKO, Egon P. Durban, co-CEO of Silver Lake, Jonathan A. Kraft, President of The Kraft Group, Sonya E. Medina, President & CEO of Reach Resilience, Mark Shapiro, President of Endeavor, and Carrie Wheeler, CEO of Opendoor.

Apart from Vince McMahon, joining him on the WWE side are Nick Khan, current WWE CEO, Steven R. Koonin, CEO of the Atlanta Hawks, and Nancy R. Tellem, Chairwoman at Eko.

There is one more name yet to be added from WWE’s side.
