The #1 contenders for the NXT title and the NXT Women’s title will be decided on next week’s episode on The CW.

The man who will face Oba Femi for the NXT title at Battleground next month will have to win a 25-man battle royal first. The match was announced by NXT General Manager Ava, who said that both NXT and Evolve talent will be featured in the match.

Meanwhile, the woman who will take on Stephanie Vaquer for the NXT Women’s title also on the same premium live event will be either former NXT Women’s champion herself Giulia or former TNA Knockouts champion Jordynne Grace. This will be their first one-on-one match.
