#1 contender for Universal title to be decided inside the Elimination Chamber

While the Raw women will wrestle in the Elimination Chamber in a match for the Raw Women’s title, the men will also have their own Elimination Chamber match, but it is to decide who will go to WrestleMania as the #1 contender for the WWE Universal title.

At the Royal Rumble, Smackdown’s Shinsuke Nakamura won his express ticket to WrestleMania and then chose to wrestle AJ Styles for the WWE title, leaving the Universal champion Brock Lesnar with no opponent.

On Raw last night, three qualifying matches took place between John Cena and Finn Balor, Kane and Braun Strowman, and Elias and Matt Hardy, with the winners advancing to the match. Cena, Strowman, and Elias won their respective matches and are now part of the match. The three remaining spots will be determined in upcoming Raw broadcasts.
