The Wolves vacate TNA Tag Team titles at Impact tapings

TNA returned to Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, yesterday to tape a few weeks worth of Impact Wrestling television shows over the next few days.

The most notable news from last night’s tapings was the situation involving the tag team champions, The Wolves. One half of the champions, Eddie Edwards, suffered a broken heel last month during the tapings of one of TNA’s One Night Only pay-per-views and will be out of action for a few months.

Due to the injury, the tag team titles were vacated during one of the tapings, with both of The Wolves present for the segment. It was not announced what’s going to happen now with the titles but one can assume there will be some kind of small tournament to determine the new champions.
