The IInspiration stepping away from the ring, departing Impact Wrestling

Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay, the duo known as The IInspiration, are hanging up their wrestling boots and indefinitely stepping away from any in-ring action.

The duo announced their departure from Impact in a statement published on social media.

“The IInspiration have been a great part of Impact’s Knockouts roster and wonderful to work with,” Impact Wrestling Executive Vice President D’Amore said. “Cassie and Jessie are incredibly talented performers. Everyone at Impact wishes them every success in the future.”

In the statement, both thanked Scott D’Amore, the Impact family, and roster for an amazing experience.

“We will cherish these Impact memories forever. We are excited to start a new chapter in our lives and explore other opportunities that may come our way.”

Lee and McKay signed with Impact last October and previously worked for WWE as The IIconics. They were cut from WWE in April 2021 and in their Impact debut at Bound For Glory, they won the Knockouts Tag Team titles. They held them for five months before dropping them to The Influence, the team of Tenille Dashwood and Madison Rayne.
