Rhino announces departure from TNA, to wrestle last match at tonight’s tapings

Rhino is wrapping up his duties with TNA Wrestling tonight at the Impact TV tapings at Center Stage in Atlanta, the site of last night’s Final Resolution show.

He will be taking on Ryan Nemeth in his final match for the company, with his future currently unknown. He announced his departure last night via his Facebook page.

“Tomorrow is my last day with TNA Wrestling. I am wrestling Ryan Nemeth. It will most likely be the last time EVER I will wrestle in a TNA ring,” Rhino wrote. “If you can make it to Center Stage in Atlanta, come and be part of this 5 year chapter of my life and our journey. Thank you to all of the amazing wrestling fans for your support. I’m not done wrestling but TNA and I have parted ways.”

The 49-year-old returned to TNA Wrestling for his second stint in mid-2019. He has won the TNA Tag Team titles twice and the NWA World title when it was used as the company’s top prize in its early days. In October, Rhino was inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame during Bound For Glory.
