Kylie Rae’s no-show at Bound For Glory sparks concern inside Impact’s locker room

As you might have probably noticed already, Kylie Rae did not wrestle Deonna Purrazzo during Bound For Glory yesterday as advertised and Rae was replaced by Su Yung, who won the Impact Knockouts title from Purrazzo.

During the show, there was no information given as to why the switch was made and there was no mention of Kyle Rae. The reason why the company was not very transparent about the situation was because they had no idea what happened to Rae.

According to Fightful Wrestling and Wrestling Observer, Rae went AWOL yesterday after she made her way to Nashville on Friday. Rae did not show up at all at the Skyway Studios and no one had any idea where she was and why she decided to skip the show.

Sean Ross Sapp from Fightful said that during the day there was concern from the Impact locker room as to her whereabouts since no one heard from her. With no location or update from Rae, the company decided to pull her name from the show and replace her with Su Yung. Sapp also adds to the story that when colleagues reached out to individuals close to Rae, they were told that Rae was alive.

Rae was the first person to leave All Elite Wrestling after signing a contract and details surrounding her departure were kept secret.
