Kurt Angle to retire after TNA UK tour in January

Kurt Angle has announced that the upcoming TNA Maximum Impact Tour in the United Kingdom in January will be his retirement tour.

“Good things come to an end and my career is coming to an end. I’ve had a great career, I’ve enjoyed every single second of it from WWE to TNA. I’m just glad I’m going to do it here in the UK,” Angle said while doing media tours in England to promote the tour.

TNA will hold three live events – in Manchester on January 29, in London on January 30, and in Birmingham on January 31 – all of which will be Impact television tapings.

Angle had already announced that his contract with TNA expires in the beginning of the year and he would not be signing a new one.
