Kurt Angle returns to Impact, challenges Roode for match at BFG

Originally announced to be returning on television at the Bound For Glory pay-per-view, TNA pushed forward Kurt Angle’s return and the former champion crashed Bobby Roode’s party on Impact last night.

Angle – who recently finished rehab to tackle his alcohol problems – interrupted Bobby Roode after Roode tore down Angle and questioned his induction into the TNA Hall of Fame.

Eventually Kazarian and Christopher Daniels tried to attack Angle but they were suplexed out of their boots and Bobby Roode escaped before Angle could have laid him out.

“You just made the biggest mistake of your life. Kurt Angle is back and I’ve got one thing to say: You! Me!  Bound For Glory!”
