Kenny Omega to team with Anderson and Gallows at Hard To Kill PPV

AEW World champion Kenny Omega will be teaming up with Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows in the main event of next month’s Hard To Kill Impact Wrestling pay-per-view in a six-man tag team match against Impact World champ Rich Swann and The Motor City Machine Guns.

The match was announced last night during Impact Wrestling on AXS TV where once again Omega featured throughout the show.

After the main event match of Anderson vs Chris Sabin, Gallows returned to help his tag team partner fend off Swan and the MCMG and Omega then came out to even the odds and help his former Bullet Club team mates. During the confrontation, Omega kept saying that he has the real world title, in an angle similar to when Ric Flair jumped to WWE with the NWA/WCW World Heavyweight title. Don Callis, the Impact VP, also taunted Swann saying that the AEW title is the real one.

AEW President Tony Khan and Dynamite commentator Tony Schiavone appeared again in a “paid ad” segment on Impact to continue the angle.

The Hard To Kill pay-per-view takes place on Saturday, January 16 live from the Skyway Studios in Nashville, Tennessee.
