GFW cancels non-televised live event in Bridgeport, Connecticut

Global Force Wrestling has canceled one of the three non-televised live events which was scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 6 in Bridgeport, Connecticut.

In a statement, GFW said that the show has been cancelled due to “unforeseen circumstances and logistical challenges.” It was set to take place at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard, a a 5,300-seat baseball park.

All fans who purchased tickets for the Bridgeport event will be fully refunded. GFW also will offer all who purchased tickets complimentary tickets to either of the other shows held during that weekend in New York. The first show is on Friday, August 4 at The Sports Arena in St. James in Long Island and the other on Saturday, August 5 at the Staten Island Richmond County Bank Ballpark at St. George.
