Daria Rae says she signed a six-month contract with TNA

Daria Rae, the artist formerly known as Sonya Deville in WWE, told the Busted Open Radio hosts that she only signed a six-month contract with TNA.

Rae made her debut with the company on the debut episode of Impact on AMC, taking the role of the on-screen Director of Operations.

Asked if she plans on making it longer, she replied, “As long as it’s a continuously mutually beneficial situation, meaning I’m adding value, and I feel good about what I’m getting in return, then I don’t see why it wouldn’t continue long term.”

The 32-year-old spent 10 years working for WWE, both as a wrestler and as authority figure. Her contract was not renewed in February of last year.
