Chris Bey suffers serious injury at TNA TV tapings

Former TNA Tag Team champion Chris Bey suffered a serious injury on Sunday at the TNA Impact television tapings in Detroit and was stretchered out of the arena.

The injury, which resulted in EMTs putting Bey in a neck brace, was serious enough that multiple news outlets are reporting that he had to undergo surgery, but details are scarce at the moment.

Bey and his tag team partner Ace Austin were in the main event of the second set of tapings, wrestling the new TNA Tag Team champions The Hardys. The tapings ended prematurely due to the incident, with many TNA stars asking for prayers for Bey on social media.
