Bobby Lashley captures the TNA World title at Impact

TNA pulled the plug on Eric Young as their champion as well as Bobby Lashley became the new TNA World champion after pinning Young during last night’s episode of Impact.

The pinfall was completely clean and Lashley was declared the winner after hitting a spear and covering Young for the three count for his first ever TNA title.

Lashley returned to TNA this past March at the Lockdown pay-per-view after an absence of four years. He previously wrestled there between 2009 and 2010.
