AEW is running a 30% discount on all tickets for their upcoming two-day tour in Australia.
The tour starts on Saturday, February 14 in Sydney for Grand Slam: Australia at the Qudos Bank Arena and then it continues the following day on Sunday, February 15 in Brisbane at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre for a rare non-televised event.
Next year’s Grand Slam has not done particularly well in tickets so far. This year’s event had to be moved from the SunCorp Stadium to the indoor Brisbane Entertainment Centre following slow sales as well and next year’s show is on track to have a smaller attendance than this year’s.
Tickets are available via Ticketek.com.au starting from AU $147.75 for Grand Slam and AU $81.50 for the house show.
John Cena’s final premium live event match took place at Survivor Series last night, his 177th match on a PLE.
Unfortunately for Cena, his PLE record remains at 100 wins as he lost the Intercontinental title to Dominik Mysterio after Liv Morgan returned and helped her Dirty Dom regain the title. His 100 PLE win record is only second to The Undertaker, who stands at the top of the mountain with 107 career PLE wins.
Perhaps not on anyone’s bingo card, Cena also ended up on the receiving end of a Tejana Bomb from Raquel Rodriguez and a Pop Rocks from Roxanne Perez, a moment which they will certainly treasure forever.
The Cena farewell tour is now down to just one final match, his retirement one on December 13 at Saturday Night’s Main Event in Washington, DC.
Cena wrestled 17 times in 2025 so far and his final match will take him to 18, his most since 2018.
Liv Morgan returned at Survivor Series and helped Dominik Mysterio regain the WWE Intercontinental championship back from John Cena.
Morgan, who has been out since mid-June with a dislocated shoulder and had to undergo surgery to fix it, made her presence felt towards the end of the IC match.
The former champ rushed to the ring and confronted Mysterio, who was happy to see her, only to get a slap in the face. She then turned around and jumped on Cena to hug him…only for her face to turn serious and low blow him, the exact same thing Cena did when he turned on Cody Rhodes at Elimination Chamber.
“Romeo and Juliet are back,” screamed Wade Barrett on commentary afterward.
Mysterio followed the low blow with a 619 and then a frog splash as Morgan revived the referee Chad Patton at ringside, who counted for the pinfall victory.
Speaking of Morgan, she’s also part of the WrestleMania 42 commercial featuring the women, where she was added in the new version.
Here are the results from the WWE Survivor Series 2025 premium live event which took place from Petco Park in San Diego, California.
Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, Alexa Bliss, and AJ Lee defeated Becky Lynch, Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax, and Lash Legend in the WarGames match; Dominik Mysterio defeated John Cena to become the new WWE Intercontinental champion; Stephanie Vaquer defeated Nikki Bella to retain the WWE Women’s World title; Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed defeated CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso in the WarGames match.
In the two WarGames matches, AJ Lee got the victory for her team by making Becky Lynch tap out and Bron Breakker won the match for The Vision after pinning CM Punk.
@WrestleTix is reporting that Survivor Series had over 45,000 tickets out by the time the show started, just 3,500 tickets shy of a legit complete sellout of Petco Park.
The show has surpassed all kind of expectations attendance-wise and unlike WrestleMania 42, there was a huge rush of ticket sales when the show originally went on sale.
The company moved in excess of 10,000 tickets in the final week, which is an incredible feat for such a show.
This is the first Survivor Series in a stadium and will be the highest-grossing and most-attended Survivor Series in history, with the first one in 1987 doing 21,300 at the Richfield Coliseum.
Hey everybody! It’s @TheMagnumDA with another installment of the Pick’em report!
Tonight, we are LIVE in San Diego for Survivor Series: War Games!! This is all the concept of the late great Dusty Rhodes, who created this match back in 1987 with the NWA/WCW. Since 2022, this match has been used by WWE to blow off some of the biggest feuds and rivalries of the year.
This evening will be no different, as these are two of the most stacked War Games matches of all time, in terms of star power. Colin will defend the WOPC Championship in a straight up pick’em, with two tiebreaker questions in case the same picks are made.
What are we waiting for? Let the WARGAMES begin!!!
Women’s War Games Match
Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and AJ Lee vs. Nia Jax, Lash Legend, The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka and Kairi Sane), and Becky Lynch
Tiebreaker: Who gets the winning fall?
Magnum: I am very much looking forward to this match. The next chapter of Asuka/Iyo. The Flair/Rhea and AJ/Becky dynamics. The tiebreaker leans into a question I have, which is…who takes the losing fall? Here, I’m looking at Lash Legend, who quietly got the call up to the main roster. I will make the prediction that Rhea gets the winning fall with a Riptide off the top of the cage for the faces. What a spot that would be!!
Colin: Riptide off the top of the cage would be wild! But I am going completely to a different direction here. I’m betting Charlotte Flair is going to turn back heel somehow and cost the faces the match. Expecting Iyo to do her usual garbage can spot, it’s a yearly thing now. She should do a 450 next LOL! Anyway, the heels will win and Becky Lynch gets the pin…on AJ Lee.
WWE Intercontinental Championship Match
John Cena (c) vs. “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio
Magnum: I think we have seen John Cena’s last victory. I think he’s going to have two more matches where he puts Dirty Dom over, and then whomever wins this tournament (I’ll take Gunther over LA Knight in the finals). But yes, for tonight, I’ll take Dom to win his title back.
Colin: Crazy to think Dominik Mysterio had three matches with John Cena in his final two months after this one. That says a lot about how WWE feels about the younger Mysterio. Let’s face it, Cena only got the IC title to get him to Grand Slam status. He doesn’t need it, and nor does whoever he faces in the tournament final. The match is bigger than the title. I’m predicting a Dirty Dom win tonight. #AndNew
WWE Women’s World Championship Match
Stephanie Vaquer (c) vs. Nikki Bella
Magnum: I am inclined to believe that Nikki Bella will eventually win the title. That said, I don’t believe she’s going to win it right away. They’ll likely have a rematch down the road, but for tonight, I’ll take Vaquer to win and retain the title.
Colin: Nikki Bella vs “Stephanie Velcro” is not a match I expected to see at Survivor Series. Granted, Nikki is best as a heel but she also needs her sister to return. They’re more evil together. I can’t see how Vaquer would drop the title to Bella this early. Vaquer retains.
Men’s War Games Match
CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, The Usos (Jey Uso and Jimmy Uso), and Roman Reigns vs. The Vision (Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed), Logan Paul, Drew McIntyre, and Brock Lesnar (with Paul Heyman)
Tiebreaker: Who gets the winning fall?
Magnum: What an absolutely stacked line-up. You gotta look at that tiebreaker again and ask who will take the losing fall. I’m inclined to believe that it will be Jimmy Uso. Who will get the pin? That’s a tough question. I will actually give the winning fall to Drew McIntyre for the heels – he seems to have unfinished business with Cody, so a win for him would give him that rematch.
Colin: I’m inclined to choose the heel team here as well. If my predictions are correct, that would mean both heel teams win this year’s WarGames. I guess we’re going to have a preview, somehow, of how WrestleMania top matches will pan out with this match. You know the face team won’t fully co-exist. There will be cracks. Who gets the fall? Hm, I’m hoping it’s going to be Bron Breakker.
That’s going to do it for us at the Pick’em report! Thank you for joining us and we hope you have a great Holiday season!! See you in 2026!!! @TheMagnumDA signing off.
The AEW World title will be on the line at the upcoming Winter Is Coming episode of Dynamite on Wednesday, December 12.
Eddie Kingston will be challenging champion Samoa Joe for the gold on the show, a match which was made official by AEW President Tony Khan after Kingston called out Joe on the Thanksgiving Day episode of Collision.
Joe won the title from “Hangman” Adam Page at Full Gear this month.
Winter Is Coming has been held every year since 2020. The title is a reference to the popular Game of Thrones series motto. Both shows air on Warner Bros. Discovery properties, which made it easier for AEW to use the mark.
AEW star and Death Riders member Claudio Castagnoli became the new CMLL World champion last night at Arena Mexico.
The Swiss Superman defeated Gran Guerrero for the belt, ending Guerrero’s 1,117-day reign at the top of the mountain. Gran Guerrero won it from Hechicero in November 2022.
This is just Castagnoli’s third major singles title in his career, with the prior two being reigns with the ROH World title.
For the first time in Mexico, both the CMLL and AAA World titles are held by stars who are technically not under their contract, with Dom Mysterio currently holding the AAA Mega title.
A new WrestleMania 42 commercial was released by WWE this time featuring the women.
After publishing a commercial featuring Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Brock Lesnar, and CM Punk along with Paul Heyman ready to go “all in” playing cards, this time it was the women, specifically Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Tiffany Stratton, and Jade Cargill.
The commercial takes a different route from the male version, with the women all decked out in fancy dresses, well, expect Ripley, who meet at an expensive-looking restaurant and sit at the round table together.
“In Vegas, everything’s a game. Some nights, it’s played without cards or dice, just tension. Every move measured, every look a strategy sharpened,” the voice over says. “Always watching your back, prepared for anything, never knowing who the real threat is, or who might show up at the table.”
Live tonight from Petco Park in San Diego, California, WWE presents Survivor Series: WarGames 2025 airing on ESPN in the United States and Netflix internationally. The full card is as follows:
CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso vs Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed in a five-on-five WarGames match; Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Charlotte Flair, Alexa Bliss and AJ Lee vs Asuka, Kairi Sane, Nia Jax, Lash Legend, and Becky Lynch in a five-on-five WarGames match; John Cena vs Dominik Mysterio for the WWE Intercontinental title; Stephanie Vaquer vs Nikki Bella for the WWE Women’s World title.
How to watch
The Countdown to Survivor Series starts at 5PM ET and will air on the ESPN app as well as WWE’s social media channels.
The premium live event will kick off at 7PM ET. A subscription to the ESPN Unlimited app is required ($29.95) to watch the show in the United States. Some cable and streaming providers offer free access to the app. Please check with your provider to determine eligibility. Internationally, a Netflix subscription is required.
WWE continued to sell Survivor Series tickets at a steady pace and nearly 2,000 tickets more were moved over the past 24 hours.
The show stands at 42,750 according to @WrestleTix with an available setup of 44,128. With the building holding 48,496 seats, Survivor Series is just 6,000 tickets shy of a complete legit sellout.
Additional sections opened at the farthest part of the baseball stadium as well as some floor seats which will be quite a challenge to see for those opting for those seats.
The cheapest price to get in Petco Park is $100 at the moment.
The ROH Tag Team titles have been vacated due to Rush’s injury, ending his and Sammy Guevara’s title reign after 92 days.
But new champions will be crowned at the Final Battle special event next week, with Guevara now teaming with The Beast Mortos against the team of Tommy Billington and Adam Priest for the vacant belts.
Rush and Guevara only defended the titles once during their reign after they won them at Death Before Dishonor.
Both Guevara and Mortos will be competing in two matches on the show as they are also involved in the Survival of the Fittest match for the ROH World title.
Trick Williams and Lash Legend are now engaged after the former NXT champion proposed to his now fiancee during Thanksgiving with their families.
Legend responded to his proposal with “a million times YESSSS!!!”
“As I’m making this post I’m getting emotional again but of pure joy, happiness, and peace,” Legend wrote on social media. “If you know me, you know I don’t play about my man! I love him more than words could ever put together. So honored blessed and thankful to spend the rest of my life with my handsome bestie @trickwilliams_wwe.”
Legend was quite impressed with the new rock on her finger as she uttered “Oh my goodness” as soon as Williams popped the cover open.
The couple have been dating for quite a while now and met at the WWE Performance Center during their wrestling training.
Charlotte Flair defeated Asuka yesterday on Smackdown to secure the WarGames advantage for tonight for her team.
The win means that throughout the WarGames match, the faces will have the one-woman advantage for certain periods of time until their opponents come in one by one.
In the men’s WarGames match, Logan Paul and Drew McIntyre secured their advantage on Monday during Raw when they defeated The Usos.
The two WarGames matches this year will have CM Punk, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, and Jimmy Uso vs Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed in the men’s match and Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, Iyo Sky, Alexa Bliss, and AJ Lee vs Asuka, Kairi Sane, Becky Lynch, Lash Legend, and Nia Jax in the women’s match.
Ric Flair has claimed that “street drugs” have killed Hulk Hogan in an interview with the Double Coverage podcast.
Flair said that Hogan and his team were looking out for such things after doctors did not prescribe him more pain medication, having to resort to get such drugs from elsewhere.
After his comments gained quite a bit of traction online, Flair issued a statement to explain his words, saying he was only repeating by what he was told by Hulk’s family members.
“There Seems To Be Some Controversy Over My Remarks That Street Drugs Killed Hulk Hogan. I Only Was Repeating What I Know To Be A Fact Through Family Members,” Flair wrote. “After 11 Back Surgeries, Hip Replacements, Knee Replacements, Shoulder Replacement, And Two Neck Surgeries, I Am Sure The Pain Was Unbearable.”
Flair continued, “A Doctor As I Know Can Only Prescribe So Much Pain Medication Under Medical Guidelines. I’ve Been Told That All They Did Was To Help Him Not To Hurt Him. To Help Him Get Through The Night And The Pain. Eventually That Catches Up With You As We Know With Everybody.”
Flair said that Hulk was his friend, a man who he respected a lot and what he said is what he was told, nothing more, and nothing less.
“This Was Not An Attempt To Demean Hulk Hogan Or His Legacy. I Have Always Referred To Him As Being One Of The Two Biggest Stars In The Industry, Himself And Steve Austin. I Apologize If People Misunderstood My Statement. Hulkamania Forever!”
The other two semi finalists in The Last Time Is Now tournament advanced on Smackdown last night.
Jey Uso defeated Rusev in the first match of the broadcast to advance to the next round and then, LA Knight defeated The Miz in the other quarter final to reach the next stage.
Knight was originally scheduled to wrestle Sheamus but the Irishman was not medically cleared to compete. Instead, The Miz ended up being the “mystery” opponent for Knight.
Uso and Knight will now meet in the second semi final, with Gunther vs Solo Sikoa being the other semi.
WrestleMania 42 individual tickets went on sale this morning on Ticketmaster.com, with large sections of Allegiant Stadium remaining closed off due to poor sales.
WrestleMania Saturday tickets are now available starting from $234.75 plus fees and the same cost is for the WrestleMania Sunday ticket. Prices remain relatively high, with some $1,000+ price tags for Level 300 seats at the top of the arena per day.
Exceptionally high ticket prices have done this show no favors as this is probably the slowest-selling WrestleMania in a very long time.
Combo tickets for both days are still available starting from $738.75.
Sports betting is an exciting blend of strategy, entertainment, and prediction, but the real key to long-term success lies in how you manage your money. Many people enter the world of sports betting with the belief in choosing the right team or the odds is the most critical part, yet the truth is much more serious. Effective money management is what separates disciplined bettors from impulsive gamblers. It provides structure, reduces unnecessary risks, and protects your bankroll from emotional decisions. Understanding this foundation is the first step toward building a sports betting money management journey that focuses on winning lasting performance.
Building a Bankroll That Matches Your Goals
Before placing any wager, it is essential to determine your bankroll—the amount of money you set aside strictly for betting. This amount should be comfortable enough that losing it would not create financial stress or personal inconvenience. Treating your bankroll as a dedicated investment makes the process more disciplined. It keeps your daily expenses, savings, and personal finances separate from your betting activities. A clear bankroll helps you track your progress and evaluate your performance realistically. Instead of randomly adding more money when emotions rise, you create a stable financial boundary that supports responsible betting.
The Concept of Unit Betting and Why It Matters
A unit represents a small percentage of your total bankroll, usually used as a standard measurement for each wager. By betting in units instead of random amounts, you maintain consistency and reduce the chances of irrational decisions. This approach helps you withstand both winning streaks and losing streaks. When wins come, the unit system supports steady growth, and when losses appear, it prevents primary damage. It offers a balanced structure that encourages long-term thinking rather than spontaneous reactions.
Developing Discipline Through Stake Size Control
Stake size control is another essential component of effective sports betting money management. Determining how much to bet on each game requires a clear understanding of your risk tolerance. Some bettors prefer conservative strategies that keep stakes small, while others adopt a more aggressive approach. However, the most sustainable path lies in maintaining discipline and consistency. Betting too much on one game, even if you feel confident, can lead to rapid bankroll depletion. On the other hand, keeping your stake sizes predictable helps you avoid emotional swings and improves your ability to analyze results objectively.
Avoiding the Trap of Chasing Losses
One of the biggest challenges in sports betting is the temptation to chase losses. After a defeat, many bettors feel compelled to place bigger bets to recover quickly, but this mindset often leads to further losses and emotional frustration. Effective money management encourages patience and rational thinking. Accepting losses as part of the journey allows you to maintain control and avoid impulsive decisions. Instead of trying to catch up immediately, you evaluate your strategy, identify patterns, and return with a calmer approach. This shift in mindset protects your bankroll and improves your long-term performance.
Understanding Variance and Long-Term Results
Sports betting, like any form of probability-based activity, involves variance—the natural ups and downs that occur even with strong strategies in place. Many bettors misunderstand this concept and expect immediate results. Effective money management requires patience and a focus on Wunderdog CBB picks long-term performance rather than short-term fluctuations. When you understand variance, you stop viewing individual losses as failures and start seeing them as part of the statistical curve. This perspective helps you stay consistent, avoid panic decisions, and maintain confidence in your strategy. The more you accept variance, the more stable your betting habits become.
Setting Realistic Goals for Growth and Performance
Setting achievable goals plays a significant role in managing your betting money effectively. Many beginners enter sports betting expecting high profits quickly, but unrealistic expectations create unnecessary pressure. Instead, setting steady, measurable, and achievable goals helps you evaluate your progress more accurately. These goals can range from maintaining a certain return percentage to improving your prediction accuracy over time. Realistic expectations lead to consistent growth and improved decision-making.
Keeping Detailed Records to Improve Your Strategy
Record-keeping is an overlooked but extremely valuable tool in effective money management. Tracking every wager you make—along with the outcome, stake size, odds, and thought process behind the bet—helps you understand your strengths and weaknesses. Over time, your record becomes a detailed map of your betting habits. It reveals where you perform well, which types of bets–bring profit, and which strategies need revision. This level of organization builds a strong foundation for improvement. With clear records, you can analyze trends, eliminate ineffective approaches, and–build a strategy that grows stronger with experience.
Balancing Risk and Reward Through Strategic Diversity
Diversifying your bets can help stabilize your bankroll by balancing risk and reward. Instead of placing large amounts on a single outcome, distributing your wagers across different markets or types of bets can reduce volatility. For example, combining straight bets with totals, props, or live bets allows you to explore diverse angles of sports analysis. This variety encourages deeper research and minimizes the impact of an unexpected loss. Effective money management thrives when your strategy is versatile and adaptable. The more perspectives you consider, the stronger your overall performance becomes.
Using Emotion Control as a Money Management Tool
Emotional discipline is one of the most effective yet underrated tools in sports betting. Excitement, frustration, overconfidence, and disappointment can all influence how much you wager and when you choose to bet. Emotions push bettors into placing unnecessary bets, increasing stake sizes, or abandoning their plans. When you follow a set strategy, your choices become logical rather than reactive. This emotional balance protects your bankroll and allows your analytical skills to shine.
Conclusion: Building a Sustainable Money Management Strategy
Sports betting becomes far more rewarding when supported by strong money management techniques. From setting a dedicated bankroll and using unit betting to maintaining emotional discipline and tracking your results, every step contributes to long-term success. Effective money management does not guarantee immediate winnings, but it–guarantees stability, confidence, and a structured approach. By combining these tips and tricks with strategic thinking and patience, you can build a sustainable betting journey that maximizes enjoyment while protecting your financial health.
Tonight’s episode of Smackdown is not live and was recorded last week due to the Thanksgiving Day holiday.
Four matches are part of tonight’s show including Rusev vs Jey Uso and LA Knight vs The Miz in The Last Time Is Now tournament quarter finals, Charlotte Flair vs Asuka in the women’s WarGames advantage match, and a traditional five-on-five Survivor Series match featuring Solo Sikoa, Talla Tonga, Tama Tonga, Tonga Loa, and JC Mateo vs Sami Zayn, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Rey Fenix, and Shinsuke Nakamura.
Plus, Chelsea Green will have the Women’s United States title celebration and more.
Smackdown airs on USA Network at 8PM ET in the United States and on Netflix internationally.
In one of his typical videos posted on X, Drew McIntyre described what he’s thankful for on Thanksgiving Day…with a twist.
“I’m thankful for WarGames on Saturday. I’m thankful that I get to acknowledge Roman Reigns with my boot in his face. Thankful I get to beat on those stupid twins that have been like hyenas in my life for the past few years,” Drew said, addressing the Bloodline members.
But he wasn’t done.
“I’m thankful that Cody will have nowhere to run. No referees he can pressure to screw me out of the title. No politics or machine that can protect him,” he continued. “They can suspend me, Aldis and Pierce. There’s nothing you can do. He’s literally in a cage. I’m going to beat him up. That’s going to be fun!”
And then he saved the best for last.
“And you know what the cherry is? The cherry on top? CM Punk,” Drew said. “I get to take him to hell once again. It actually feels like Christmas over Thanksgiving.”
He also addressed his WarGames tag team partners.
“Logan and I are cool. I’ve got no issues with the Bron twins. That’s what we’re calling them now,” McIntyre said before moving to Heyman and Lesnar.
“But Heyman, I sent him and Brock out of WWE at one point. Brock, I’d rather be on the same team with than against. When it comes to Heyman, he got me back in. He figured out the loophole. That’s what he does. And the thing about dishonest is you can always trust them to be dishonest,” he concluded.
