The Alundra Blayze documentary to air on WWE Network on Wednesday

The Alundra Blayze documentary on the WWE Network titled Trailblayzer: The Alundra Blayze Story will be airing this coming Wednesday immediately following the conclusion of NXT.

Alundra Blayze, better known as Madusa throughout her career, was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015 after two decades of being on the WWE black book for her actions in 1995. During that year on an episode of Nitro, she threw the WWE Women’s title in the trash live on the broadcast, a title she “retrieved” back from the trash during her Hall of Fame speech.

The one-hour sit-down interview will chronicle her wrestling career, the controversial Nitro episode, as well as her return to the company. She recently worked with WWE on the Mae Young Classic tournament and was ringside for the finale in Las Vegas.

Canada gets Bound For Glory 2017

Bound For Glory this year will be hosted in Canada and while no city has been named, it’s expected to be in Toronto, the home base of Anthem Sports and Entertainment.

The event will take place on November 5, a month later than usual. All previous twelve editions of Bound For Glory took place in October. Since this particular pay-per-view is considered to be the “WrestleMania” for GFW, the show is often held outside the confines of Universal Studios in Orlando, where the majority of the tapings occur.

In fact, counting this year, out of thirteen editions of Bound For Glory, only two took place in Orlando, the first one in 2005 and last year. This will be the second Bound For Glory outside the United States as the company already held the 2014 BFG in Tokyo, Japan.

GFW will officially announce the city and place tomorrow.

WWE prevents Brie Bella from uploading video showing Daniel Bryan taking a bump

In a recent Instagram Live chat with fans, Brie Bella revealed that she had filmed a video of training in the ring, giving Daniel Bryan a dropkick from the second rope, but WWE did not allow her to upload the video because it shows the Smackdown GM taking a bump.

Brie was responding to a fan who asked her to put up a training video on the Bella Twins YouTube channel. “I actually…did do some but they weren’t allowed to be shown,” Brie said, as she turned the camera on Bryan.

“Oh yeah, because she drop kicked me off the second rope,” replied Bryan. Brie then explained that it wasn’t allowed to be aired. Bryan continued, “Yeah because they’re not allowed to show me do anything wrestling-wise.”

Brie said that it’s not that she’s not hearing the fans’ requests because she is, and they found a ring and did it. “And I was training there, still training,” her husband exclaimed.

Total Bellas S2 E2 episode recap: Marital Mayhem

As episode two opened, Brie Bella and her husband, Daniel Bryan were still busy preparing for the arrival of their first child. During last week’s episode, the couple was engaged in friendly debate over certain aspects of Brie’s handling of her pregnancy, however, it appeared that the debates were far from over.

This week, Brie and Daniel engaged in the great diaper debate, namely whether to use cloth or disposable diapers for their baby. Brie thought that the easier option would be to simply use disposable diapers, while Daniel preferred the more environmentally-friendly cloth diapers. In order to persuade Brie that his way of thinking was best, Daniel decided to take Brie on a tour of the landfill in order to show her how long it takes dirty diapers to decompose. I for one wonder whether it wasn’t a serious health risk to take a pregnant woman to the landfill, but I’m sure Daniel did his research.

In fact, it seems Daniel has been doing a lot of research concerning his wife’s pregnancy, and imparting his knowledge to his wife. While I applaud Daniel for wanting to be involved in his daughter’s life even in the womb, I could see why Brie might be annoyed with the constant stream of facts that her husband has been dishing out. However, I think that what she chose to do in response to the constant flow of research was just a tad mean.

While at lunch with her mother and sister, Brie did some research of her own. She discovered that by placing electrodes on a man’s stomach, and giving him mild electric shock one can simulate to some degree the pain of labor. Brie and Nikki were certain that Bryan would adamantly refuse to undergo the false labor experiment, but Bryan was actually excited about it. Perhaps, he felt that it would be nice to add practical experience to his research, or maybe he just likes trying new things. Whatever his reasons, Brie and Nikki were all too happy to schedule the experiment in John and Nikki’s Phoenix rental villa. They also chose to invite the entire family to support or make fun of Bryan. The sisters also convinced their brother, JJ, to try the experiment as well because his wife so recently delivered their daughter.

JJ was the first to try the experiment, and didn’t like it at all. At the equivalent of 1 cm of dilation JJ was in pain and wanted to stop the experiment. By contrast, when it was Brian’s turn, he remained calm throughout and didn’t scream or cry out once. I guess this should show Brie that her husband is a lot tougher than he thought, and also that his researching comes from a place of love, and not judgment.

Meanwhile, JJ and his wife continued to struggle with their marital problems, and Nikki struggled with keeping his secret from the rest of the family. Using her maternal instinct, the mother of the Bella clan seemed to deduce that all was not right with one of her children. Hoping to get information from Nikki, her mother began to make speculation about relations between her and John Cena knowing that they were false, but hoping that Nikki would tell her the truth in order to deflect attention from her own relationship.

Eventually, Nikki did admit the truth to her mother, and these three Bella women began to attempt to solve JJ’s marital problems for him by accosting him and demanding that he and his wife attend therapy. It seems that the Bella women will never learn to mind their own business, however, if they did this season of Total Bellas would be much less exciting. So, here’s hoping that there’s plenty more meddling to come.

WWE Superstars on the way to Australia, Japan, and China

Both the Raw and Smackdown brands are on a very short overseas tour with the Raw brand doing Australia and the Smackdown brand doing Japan and China.

The red tour starts today at the Rod Laver Arena in Melbourne. Tomorrow, it’s Sydney for a live event at the Qudos Bank Arena and then on Saturday they will move to Brisbane for a show at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre. That will wrap up their tour and will fly back in time for Monday Night Raw.

The blue brand already performed at the Neal S. Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii yesterday and are on the way to Osaka, Japan for a show on Saturday at the Edion Arena. On Sunday, they will go to China for a show at the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center Arena in Shenzhen. They will then fly back immediately to Oakland for Smackdown Live.

Cole, Fish, and O’Reilly get their new NXT group name

The team of Adam Cole, Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish got their group name: The Undisputed Era.

The NXT trio, all former Ring of Honor stars, had their name revealed after WWE Shop released their first t-shirt. The t-shirt design has Undisputed at the top and Era at the bottom with CFO in the middle. The CFO initials stand for Cole, Fish, and Reilly. On the back of the shirt there is Shock The System across the shoulder and their names again.

While Fish and O’Reilly made their less-than-spectacular debut on NXT television several weeks ago, the duo joined new arrival Adam Cole at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn III and attacked NXT champion Drew McIntyre to close the show.

With NXT television tapings tomorrow, it’s more than likely that WWE’s newest faction will officially debut their name during these tapings.

Shane vs Owens inside Hell In A Cell added to the pay-per-view

The match was made official by Vince McMahon before he was brutally attacked by Kevin Owens. It’s the second match on the card so far with the other one being Jinder Mahal vs Shinsuke Nakamura for the WWE title.

Hell In A Cell takes place on October 8 from Detroit, Michigan at the Little Caesars Arena.
