Jake Doyle, the artist formerly known as Jake Something in TNA, tore his triceps during his match on Dynamite yesterday.

Doyle was teaming with Mark Davis in their match against AEW Tag Team champions FTR and the incident happened when Doyle was on the receiving end of a DDT on the apron from Cash Wheeler and he hung on to the top rope a little longer than expected.

His tag team partner then took over the rest of the match as Doyle, who was heard telling Davis he’s injured, was not able to continue.

FTR eventually won the match and retained their titles after hitting the Shatter Machine finisher on Davis.

During her time away from the ring, Black launched a highly successful OnlyFans page.

McAfee told Lesnar that he looks in great shape and asked him what he’s doing.

“I’m heading to the Royal Rumble, boys…I’m gonna win it,” Lesnar told McAfee and the rest of the crew. “I’m in shape, we’re gonna do this!”

Triple H says “a lot of surprises in store” for the 2026 Royal Rumble

Royal Rumble 2026

Appearing on the ESPN show Get Up earlier today, WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque described this weekend’s Royal Rumble as being “epic.”

Triple H promised “a lot of surprises in store,” something that is usually often used for the Royal Rumble matches, although most of the time those surprises fail to live up to fans expectations.

“There’s a lot of surprises in store, but also it’s one of the most star-studded Rumbles that I can recall,” Triple H said. “You’ve got Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, Randy Orton, Jey Uso, Bron Breakker, Logan Paul’s going to be in there. On the women’s side, Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, Liv Morgan. They’re just stacked cards. This one is going to be epic.”

Triple H appeared live via video from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where the whole WWE contingent is already located ahead of this weekend.

Raw had a total of 4,600,000 global viewing hours based on an edited episode of 1 hour and 46 minutes.

The show was in the top 10 charts in six different countries only, including Bahrain, Bolivia, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and United States.

NXT title ladder match now with seven participants

The final participants in the NXT Championship ladder match were revealed last night on NXT on The CW.

Originally a six-man ladder match, it’s now a seven-man ladder match after Joe Hendry was initially thought to be taken out of the match.

Hendry was laid out at the beginning of the show with Jackson Drake shown with a steel chair, suggesting he did the attack. But NXT GM Ava couldn’t prove it, and against all logic, put Drake in the match instead.

The two qualifying matches saw Dion Lennox defeating Myles Borne and Keanu Carver defeating Andre Chase to book their own spots in the match.

But the closing angle of the show saw all six participants brawling and Ricky Saints grabbing a ladder to go snatch the title. That’s when Joe Hendry was revived, coming out and wiping Saints out with the Standing Ovation, adding himself to the match as well.

Immerse yourself in a whirlwind of emotions and feel the pulse of wrestling at the main event of the year

Have you ever been captivated by the atmosphere of a grand show, where the boundaries between reality and spectacle blur before your eyes? WWE World returns to Las Vegas to give fans unforgettable days in the very heart of the industry. The event coincides with Wrestlemania week—a key moment in the wrestling calendar, when the attention of millions is riveted to the ring.

Let’s find out what makes this convention unique and why fans from all over the world are looking forward to it!

The magic of wrestling for everyone

WWE invites you to experience the magic of wrestling and become part of the legend. WWE World is an annual convention where every fan can feel like part of a huge family. The event format includes exhibitions, meet-and-greets with idols, live performances, and contests, turning the show into a real celebration.

Wrestlemania week is considered the pinnacle of the year for fans, as it is when the loudest matches and debuts take place. Unlike other fan events, WWE World unites not only fans but also legends, creating a special atmosphere of unity.

Organizers and partners

This year, WWE has joined forces with Fanatics and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). Fanatics expands the range of exclusive merchandise and souvenirs so that everyone can take a piece of the celebration with them. LVCVA ensures a high level of service for guests, turning the city into a welcoming arena for all participants. Such cooperation allows the bar of quality to be raised and makes the event truly international.

Las Vegas—the entertainment capital

From April 16 to 20, the South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center will become the place where fans’ dreams come true. The city is famous for its grand shows, casinos, and festivals, so the choice of venue is no accident. Las Vegas has already hosted major sporting events such as boxing finals and UFC tournaments, which confirms its status as the entertainment capital. Here, the atmosphere of festivity and excitement is combined with comfort and accessibility for guests from all over the world.

For the city itself, this is another opportunity to present itself as the entertainment capital, not the gambling capital. This is a logical continuation of the policy that the city authorities began even before the pandemic and which is becoming increasingly relevant against the backdrop of the growing popularity of online casinos. Gaming platforms attract far more players than one might imagine. This happens because they offer a lot of advantages.

First of all, these are various bonuses and ease of access, but players are also attracted by the presence of exclusive games. These are crash games, live shows, and Plinko. According to data published on review sites from the top of search results, the presence of such games significantly increases the attendance of the gaming platform. Additional information was obtained by our experts on the Crazy Time game website www.crazytimegame.org. The authors of the resource pointed out that visitors to online casinos are increasingly choosing the live show format. They allow the attendance of the gaming platform to be increased by 10-15%.

The more popular online casinos become, the harder it is for land-based gaming halls to compete with them. For Las Vegas, in the past, this situation could have led to serious problems with tourist flow. However, the city adapts to changes and uses its infrastructure to offer tourists the best shows.

Meetings with idols and legends

Every day of the convention is filled with meetings with wrestlers, autograph sessions, and live performances. Fans will be able to see both current WWE stars and legends whose names are forever inscribed in history. Among the expected guests are icons of the past and present, ready to share stories and take photos with fans. Special attention is given to contests and interactive zones, where everyone can feel like part of a big show.

Exclusive exhibitions and superstore

This year, guests will enjoy the “Hulkamania Forever Exhibit” dedicated to the phenomenon of Hulk Hogan. The Lucha Libre AAA exposition introduces the traditions of Mexican wrestling, which is famous for its bright masks and acrobatics. This league is the largest in Latin America, having given the world many unique moves and stars. The Superstore on the convention grounds will offer exclusive collections, rare souvenirs, and limited editions available only here.

New formats and expanded opportunities

The event surprises with new formats and expands horizons for fans. Compared to previous years, the program now includes additional themed exhibitions and quests for the whole family. Meetings with industry veterans and master classes, where you can learn the secrets of the craft, have become a tradition. This year, the organizers have added virtual reality zones and interactive stands, making the experience even more exciting.

Tickets give access to the world of WWE

Ticket sales start on January 14 with priority for Wrestlemania ticket holders and regular guests. Early access allows loyal fans to choose the best seats and receive additional bonuses. Two days later, open sales will begin for everyone, giving each person a chance to become part of the celebration.

Advantages of the ticket sales system:

  • Early access for regular guests and Wrestlemania ticket holders
  • Opportunity to choose the best seats
  • Additional bonuses for loyal fans

The priority system encourages consistency and supports a club-like atmosphere of unity.

WWE World—more than a show

WWE World unites hearts and turns Las Vegas into an arena of emotions. This event is not just a show, but a true festival of unity, where people from all over the world become one family. The atmosphere of celebration and anticipation of new experiences fills the city with a special energy.

Why you should visit WWE World:

  • Unique atmosphere of unity
  • Meetings with idols and legends
  • Exclusive souvenirs and exhibitions

Can anything compare to the feeling when thousands of voices merge in a single impulse and dreams become reality? WWE World once again proves that wrestling is not only a sport, but also the art of bringing people together.

Kit Wilson talks Elton Prince’s injury, catchy new theme song, Matt Cardona, and more

Kit Wilson sat down with Chris Van Vliet in London, England to discuss his catchy new theme song and how much input he had in creating it, his solo run following Elton Prince’s injury, being Matt Cardona’s WWE return opponent, getting thrown through a wall by Damian Priest, whether “Pretty Deadly: The Musical” will happen, and more!

How much input did you have into the song?

“So I ended up having a fair amount of input. I was pushing for new music when I kind of found out what the situation was going to be and maybe I was going to go solo. I started messaging a lot, saying I would love new music. Can I get new music? Then eventually I got into contact with Neil, I believe, and then he called me. We had little discussion on the phone. He said, ‘What kind of thing are you looking for?’ So I said, ‘Can I send you an email?’ Got off the phone, and I started writing this email, just with all my references, with all the songs I like, with all the ideas I had, lyrics, kind of the theme of it, the vibe of it. So I had so much. There’s a Charli xcx and Billie Eilish song called Guess, and that opens with a phone call. Actually, there’s no phone call, but it opens and it goes, ‘Hey Billie, are you there?’ That I loved. I really wanted that. So that was my first thing. I wanted a phone call. I wanted to ring, I wanted to pick up. I wanted a ‘Hey Kit, are you there?’ I originally wanted an English voice, and I still would like to have it with an English voice. We’re American for now, but I think we’ll be okay with that. So that was a big one. We got that. Then there was just so many other influences. There’s another Charli xcx song called Speed Drive, which I really liked. JENNIE from BLACKPINK has a song called like JENNI that is very poppy, there’s a lot of girly pop music at the moment that has come out which is just very catchy. It’s very iconic. It’s very chorus, chorus, chorus. Chappel Roan, Femininomenon, very good song. That was a big one I pushed for. There’s also some Harry Styles influence. 1975 was a big band that I liked, and Pretty Deadly actually used their song on the Indies for a theme, Love Me. There’s kind of a guitar riff in that we used to really like, and I feel like I can kind of hear that in this song. Jade, who’s a UK artist, she used to be in the band Little Mix. So there’s just so many references there. I sent them all. I timestamped the bits that I like, the choruses, I’m always trying to give as much as I can, so as much of me is there. And then they came back. Gave me the first draft. It sounded great. Few tweaks, few tweaks, few tweaks, and I felt like we hit it.”

Were you nervous about going out on your own?

“Oh my goodness, God yeah. So the first day I went to SmackDown without Elton, I felt like I was five years old going to school for the first time. Because, again, we are best friends. We met on the independents. We signed together. We’ve done everything together. When we moved over to America, we live together. We talk every day. I love him, and we viewed each other as one person. We never talked to anyone and tried to talk as individuals. It was always about the team. So to do it on my own, I’ve never been more nervous in my life, but he’s been really supportive. We talk all the time. He’s always saying, ‘What have you got? What you’re doing? You’re gonna smash it.’ He always says, Good job. So it was nice to have his support, but it was so nerve-racking going in, and now I feel like I’m finding my footing and I feel comfortable. It’s kind of fulfilling doing this whole new part of it, but it is scary, and I miss him.”

How’s Elton doing?

“He’s doing good. Surgery happened, and it was nice that he could then talk about the surgery, because he’s quite a private person. He wasn’t really putting anything out there. People didn’t really know. Some people thought it was just this. Some people thought it was just that. So it was nice for people to get clarity and understand what was going on. The surgery went well, and so far, it’s been like a week and a half, maybe two weeks. Everything’s on track and good, but it’s just a touch-and-go situation. It’s the neck. So it’s such a specialist area that I think we’re just kind of taking it day by day. But he is doing good, which is fantastic. It’s just a scary thing, yeah, and I want to talk about him, but I don’t want to get too sentimental, because I’ll start going.”

How was the match with Matt? Because Matt told me, and I can ask you about this, he said he was laying in a little extra hard. He’s like, I want to make sure my stuff looks good.

“Yeah. You know, you think being good friends with the very slay Chelsea Green, that maybe there would be some kind of friendship there. But I didn’t know who my opponent was. I’d asked Nick for the opportunity, Nick Aldis, shout out to the fellow Englishman. I didn’t know who it was going to be. And then, you know, Matt Cardona comes out. Fantastic. I’m very excited. Messed my nose up. I don’t know if you can see I got a makeup here. This was a mess for two weeks. I had two big boot marks here [on my chest], which are still faintly there. I’ve chipped my tooth. I went to the dentist.”

I remember seeing a sign in the crowd that said, Pretty Deadly: The Musical, or we riot.

“Hey, the musical was big, and we had some big plans for that musical, and it’s still coming. Yeah, I don’t want people to riot. So it is coming, I just don’t know when. I’ll say that.”

The musical is a real thing?

“The musical is a real thing. We have 10 songs. We had lyrics. We were learning them. We were trying to do it properly and do a proper good job of it. We wanted to go full force with it, the celebration we did with Nia. I think, as characters we were trying to find the line of being bad in a funny way, if that makes sense. We were trying to be annoying, obnoxious characters, but thought they were good at this kind of performance and celebrating our wonderful queen, Nia. But that was that. But behind the scenes, yeah, we were prepping. We were preparing with a few more of the guys backstage. We had songs written. We had lyrics written. We had a story. We were looking to find a place to perform it. If you have ever seen Always Sunny in Philadelphia and the musical episode, we’ve kind of based it around that. So we had a lot in place. So, you know, it still might happen. We never know, if this career goes well, I think there’s a good excuse to hit it.”

Adam Copeland reflects on his sixth year anniversary of his return to wrestling

In a video posted on his social media accounts yesterday, the Rated R Superstar, Adam “Edge” Copeland reflected on the sixth year anniversary of his return at the Royal Rumble.

Edge made a surprise return in the 30-man over-the-top rope match at the 2020 Royal Rumble, entering at #21 to a gigantic pop from the crowd.

“You know, for me, every second after that first ‘You think you know me’ at the Rumble in Houston, it’s been a success, man,” he said. “You know the story, I wasn’t supposed to do this, yet here we are six years later.”

He said that if you had told him six years ago that he would still be wrestling, he would have thought you were crazy.

“But man, I’ve just been, I’ve been so lucky. I feel like I got my dream career twice. You know, I got to do it the first time, had to retire for nine years and then get it back again,” he continued.

He added that he’s a realist and knows his career is coming to a close but he has a “little bit more to go.”

“So yeah, thank you. Thanks for reminding me. And yeah, I’m just reflecting. Reflecting, it’s been a four decade career now.” Copeland said, noting that wrestling different talent in AEW has been a blast and he’s in a stage of his life where he wouldn’t do it unless it’s fun.

WrestleMania returns to Las Vegas to set new records and impress Fans in 2026

Will the upcoming show in Las Vegas be able to match and surpass the historic records of last year’s WrestleMania? As early as 2026, the world’s entertainment capital will once again host WWE’s flagship event, promising the city and fans two unforgettable nights of wrestling action and large-scale festivities. Why does this news not only excite fans, but also open up new opportunities for Las Vegas itself?

Announcement and Dates of the Main Event

WWE has officially announced that WrestleMania 42 will take place in Las Vegas at Allegiant Stadium over the weekend of April 18 and 19, 2026. The event is being organized by the globally renowned WWE and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, joining forces to create one of the largest events in the entertainment industry. Las Vegas was not chosen by chance as the host city — it has repeatedly demonstrated its unique ability to turn sports and cultural events into truly global celebrations.

Historical Context and Records

WrestleMania is the annual flagship show of World Wrestling Entertainment and has long been compared to the Olympic Games of the wrestling world. In 2024, Las Vegas became the stage for a genuine record-breaking event. WrestleMania 41 attracted 124,693 spectators over two days, and according to official figures, the total revenue was the highest in WWE history. For Las Vegas, this will be the third time hosting the event, as the show previously took place here in 1993 and 2024. It is clear that the success and sold-out crowds of previous years convinced organizers to once again choose this city for the largest wrestling weekend.

Reaction of Organizers and Partners

WWE and LVCVA executives have placed special emphasis on Las Vegas’s contribution to the success of last year’s WrestleMania. WWE President Nick Khan stated that Las Vegas helped create the largest WrestleMania in history, setting new records and delivering unforgettable experiences to fans around the world. LVCVA President Steve Hill noted that the return of WrestleMania once again highlights the city’s status as a global leader in hosting world-class events. The official announcement was made during a broadcast of Monday Night Raw and was accompanied by a video featuring Paul “Triple H” Levesque standing atop Allegiant Stadium.

Events Surrounding WrestleMania 42

The main show will be complemented by a full lineup of additional events. Las Vegas will host editions of Monday Night Raw and Friday Night SmackDown, WWE’s key weekly programs featuring its biggest stars. Stand & Deliver will also take place, a special event that traditionally brings together young and up-and-coming wrestlers. Another major highlight will be WWE World, an interactive fan zone created in partnership with Fanatics Events. Fans will be able to take part in themed activities, get autographs, meet their idols, and immerse themselves in the WWE atmosphere. Organizers have also promised additional activities for local residents, including charitable and social initiatives, ensuring that the celebration is felt not only inside the arena but beyond it as well.

Information for Fans

Early access through the Priority Pass system will be available to the most dedicated fans. This pass offers exclusive benefits, including premium ringside seats, special meetings with WWE Superstars, individual photo sessions, and access to closed events. Applications for Priority Pass or deposits for priority access can already be submitted on the On Location website. Detailed information about ticket sales and pricing will be released in the coming months, and fans can register on WWE’s official website to receive notifications when sales begin. A wide range of programs will also be created for international fans and tourists, allowing them to make the most of their time in Las Vegas and become part of the year’s biggest fan event.

Economic and Cultural Significance of the Event for Las Vegas

The upcoming WrestleMania is expected to become a real economic driver for the city. According to experts, events of this scale attract tens of thousands of tourists, increase hotel occupancy, and stimulate employment growth in the service and entertainment sectors. Analysts note that similar events last year generated multimillion-dollar revenues for Las Vegas, amounting to hundreds of millions of rubles. Beyond direct income, the show strengthens the city’s image as a global entertainment capital and a hub for innovative event industries. According to LVCVA representatives, it is precisely such mega-projects that act as catalysts for urban infrastructure development and allow Las Vegas to remain in the spotlight for both business and cultural tourists.

Events of this magnitude help Las Vegas maintain its status as one of the most attractive tourist destinations in the world and consistently draw millions of visitors. Local casinos and entertainment complexes benefit especially strongly, recording increased attendance, hotel occupancy, and use of related services during such weekends. For the city, this represents not only a short-term effect, but also a strengthening of its reputation as a universal venue for sports, shows, and gambling entertainment.

At the same time, land-based casinos today operate under intense competition from the online sector, which continues to grow rapidly and draw part of the audience away. Online platforms gain an advantage through accessibility, mobile formats, and a wide variety of content, offering players hundreds of games without the need for physical presence at a venue. Against this backdrop, modern online games and live formats are becoming particularly popular, where classic gambling is combined with elements of a television show and a live host.

One of the most notable representatives of this trend is Funky Time, a live gaming show available at many online casinos and aimed at a mass audience. By visiting funkytimegame.org, users can find up-to-date selections of casinos offering this game, along with detailed information about its format and mechanics. Nevertheless, regardless of whether players choose entertainment in Las Vegas’s land-based venues or in the online space, events like WrestleMania continue to play a key role in sustaining interest in the city and the entertainment industry as a whole.

What Awaits Fans

What new record will be set in 2026? The history of WrestleMania includes many remarkable moments, from legendary matches and high-profile star returns to emotional scenes that have repeatedly become the top sports news of the week. Preparations for the next WrestleMania are being carried out with a focus on new technological solutions, an expanded fan zone, and an even more extensive entertainment program. According to analysts, WWE may surprise audiences both with the arena’s design and with the participation of international superstars. Experts note that the 2026 show will become a real test for the entire industry, as fans expect not only spectacle but also innovative interactivity.

Context and Explanations for a Wider Audience

Why is WrestleMania called the “Olympics” of world wrestling? It is WWE’s largest event, bringing together top performers and millions of viewers worldwide. Raw and SmackDown are the main weekly programs that shape storylines. Stand & Deliver is a special show for young talent, while WWE World is a multi-day exhibition and fan space with interactive activities and masterclasses. By comparison, the scale of WrestleMania is comparable to Champions League finals or Olympic opening ceremonies, as it combines sport, spectacle, and mass culture. It should be noted that some announced formats may be adjusted, as the information is preliminary and will be updated as the event approaches.

What else is being planned for fans and the industry? Official statements from WWE and LVCVA are available on their websites, and all news and details will be released closer to the event. WrestleMania 42 promises to be a landmark event for fans, the sports industry, and the city of Las Vegas — and it is already laying the groundwork for new records and unforgettable experiences.
